From Germany to Southeast Asia: One-Stop Overseas Booth Delivery Helps Chinese Brands Go Global

As demand for overseas exhibition participation grows, designing and delivering booths abroad has become a critical part of brand internationalization. We have completed multiple overseas booth projects in Germany, the United States and Southeast Asia, offering one-stop services spanning design, logistics and customs clearance to local construction through a "domestic production plus overseas execution" model.

Exhibiting overseas tests more than products — it tests whether a brand can stand in an international venue on time, in compliance and with dignity. Compared with domestic shows, overseas projects involve additional steps such as international logistics, customs clearance, local construction qualifications and venue regulations. If any link breaks, a brand may find itself unable to open its booth on opening day.

This year, we completed and advanced multiple overseas booth projects, developing a relatively mature cross-border delivery capability.

Europe: a German booth for a machinery manufacturer. For a machinery manufacturer exhibiting in Germany, we handled the full scope from design and logistics to local construction. Machinery booths have extremely high requirements for load-bearing capacity, rigging and electrical safety, while European venues impose strict rules on construction hours, material fire ratings and waste disposal. The project team completed structural approval and move-in scheduling in advance and moved most fabrication work to our domestic factory, leaving only assembly and commissioning on site — shortening the schedule while reducing compliance risk.

North America: a U.S. CES booth for a home brand. For a project at the U.S. Consumer Electronics Show, we designed a creative shaped booth integrating digital interactive installations for a home brand. North American venues conduct strict reviews of structural safety and electrical codes, so we prepared technical documentation at the concept stage and controlled the size and weight of individual pieces through modular breakdown, balancing transport costs with on-site installation efficiency.

Southeast Asia: a multi-country tour booth for a solar company. To meet a solar company's touring needs across several Southeast Asian countries, we used one reusable core structure paired with localized graphics to enable rapid switching between stops. This "one structure, multiple countries" model significantly amortized the client's per-stop construction cost and reduced uncertainty in cross-border transport.

Two delivery paths. Overseas projects are typically executed in one of two ways: centralized production at our domestic factory followed by customs declaration and shipping, which offers greater control over quality and schedule and suits brands with complex shapes and unified requirements; or local fabrication by partner factories overseas, which can significantly reduce transport costs and tariff exposure and suits larger projects or those with tight timelines. We recommend the better path based on shape complexity, project duration, budget and venue regulations.

Going global is an unavoidable path for Chinese brands. We will continue to improve our overseas supplier network and project management system, so clients can enjoy the same delivery experience in unfamiliar cities and venues as they do at home.
